Colour waste was being binned, toners added and not charged, a FREE toner? What even is that?!! Bowls over-mixed, grams slipping away unnoticed, and, behind the scenes I was juggling multiple spreadsheets just to understand the usage, waste, costs, turnover and pricing.
My team knew their craft. The problem was me, well, the lack of a clear system implemented by me, so I built one.
